Jon began his career in law enforcement in which he studied criminal justice and forensics. He attended a large amount of coursework at the Institute of Police Technology and Management at the University of North Florida and the FBI Academy. After a successful career, he transitioned into construction project management. He has worked with several international firms and with the United States Army Corps of Engineers managing nearly $1 Billion in work through out the southeast United States.
He eventually settled down in the greater Palm Beach area where he has managed a variety of government and private projects. Jon is a seasoned construction manager with decades of development and construction experience with an expertise in team building and forward thinking. He takes pride in his leadership, project optimization and cost analysis abilities. Consistent vision and collaboration with owners results in high marks.
He serves on the political action committee with the East Coast Chapter of the Associated General Contractors of America, attends many events at the Forum Club of the Palm Beaches and is active in a variety of community efforts. After raising six children, he enjoys a quiet day of fishing in the surf and traveling our beautiful country with his wife.

Paul graduated from college in North Carolina in 1995, and moved to Florida. In 1998 Paul began his career in the construction industry. Initial entry level positions enabled him to become firmly grounded in the fundamentals while offering him a diversity of projects. These opportunities led him up the entire Eastern Seaboard working in almost every New England state, over to Dallas, TX & eventually back to Florida in 2017.
His management skills & increasing project complexities resulted in rapid advancement & recognition as he progressed in his career with some of the most prominent companies in the United States and the world.
With years of experience in the construction industry, Paul is a seasoned professional. He brings a wealth of knowledge & experience that has proved to be a direct benefit for his clients, in both the public and private sectors.

He has had the opportunity to lead and participate on some of the largest construction programs in the United States. His personal involvement in program management, along with new and renovation construction projects exceed $5 billion.
